Michael Cacnio
藝術家簡介
Michael Cacnio是世界級的社會現實主義流派黃銅雕塑家。2006年榮獲菲律賓傑出青年獎（TOYM）。Cacnio在菲律賓馬拉汶開始出名，是著名的菲律賓國立大學藝術學院的學生。他開始從事畫畫，後來找到自己最有天賦的藝術——黃銅雕塑。
他的作品的造型多以傳統菲律賓人物為原型。正如從他獨特的簽名風格所見，這揭示著人類本性，家庭和社會的不朽事實。
在成功舉辦五十多場個展後，他的藝術在亞洲和歐美都取得顯著的成績。他的作品被大眾傳媒和一些著名的出版社廣泛展出。在2007年，他成為第一個在布魯塞爾的歐盟委員會總部舉辦個展的菲律賓藝術家。
2011年，他從事這個行業已是第20個年頭，他在菲律賓藝術界以及黃銅雕塑行業的地位無人能比。大企業，權貴，私人收藏家都珍藏這個天才的作品。
