1978 born in Pingtung, Taiwan, now works and lives in Pingtung.
Chou painted the landscapes around his hometown with full of personal emotions and his life experience. His iconic realistic painting style is connected to his details of memories.2007, he started the series Naughty, to show different kinds of naughty from his childhood
