Born in 1956 in Lisbon. He studied painting at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the School of Fine Arts of Lisbon. Lived and worked from 1987 until 1993 in Macau. Lives and works in Tavira, Algarve, Portugal. Individual and group exhibitions in Portugal, Macao, Germany, Holland and the UK.
